Projekt US se ob delovanju od leta 2009 zaradi pomanjkljive institucionalne umestitve začasno prekinja. Obstoječa baza približno 1.300 primerov vam ostaja na voljo za podporo pri delu oz. uveljavljanju vaših pravic in pravnih interesov, novih vprašanj pa od 1. 10. 2014 ne sprejemamo več.

Kolikor želite podati FU oz. MJU kot nosilcema projekta kakršnekoli predloge ali odzive, prosimo, da vaše cenjene pobude posredujte na naslov upravna.svetovalnica@fu.uni-lj.si.

Novosti!

EU posveča prenovi regulacije upravnih postopkov veliko pozornost, prek katere se naj doseže participativno in demokratično družbo ter učinkovite javne politike. Zato je Evropski parlament l. 2013 sprejel resolucijo o ZUP v EU (v slovenščini); skupina najuglednejših evropskih področnih strokovnjakov pa je pripravila vzorčne norme ZUP na ravni EU in kot priporočilo v državah članicah (členi z obrazložitvami; objavljeno septembra 2014).
